Hello, and welcome to my site. My name is Rebecca DeRaud. I am a licensed clinical social worker, a certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, an Approved IFS Clinical Consultant, Somatic IFS-trained, and an AASECT-certified sexual health therapist. I offer individual psychotherapy, clinical consultation, couples counseling, and parenting support/education. I specialize in a therapeutic modality called Internal Family Systems (IFS), which is evidence-based and non-pathologizing. IFS believes that we innately embody a core Self capable of transforming our emotional pain and trauma into valuable qualities through Self-leadership. The goal is for you to learn how to trust the wisdom of your system to live a purposeful, Self-led life.
